I am at your service for weddings, birthdays, corporate events or coronations!
I mainly cover Bristol, Bath and the surrounding counties, but please let me know if you are further afield - I am happy to travel and will do all I can to sort something out!
I would ask you to think carefully if you are thinking of employing me for a roof-raising danceathon to close your event (being just one man and his guitar makes it difficult to generate the neccesary "funk"). I can say, however, that I can do a pretty darn good job of creating a warm and relaxing, yet lively atmosphere whilst still allowing your guests the chance to talk, eat, or generally just 'mill about'. Having said that, we do know a fair few singalongs if you require a bit of a more upbeat section at some point!
Over time, I have been booked to play at a wide range of events such as birthday and anniversary parties, event openings and festivals but to give you an idea in terms of weddings I have most commonly played at the following times;
Evening/Reception;
These are when my acoustic stylings have worked best, but I am happy to play whenever you need me to play - just ask!
Either before, after or between my live sets, you could also create an atmosphere by playing your own choice of music through my P.A. 'disco-style' (without the garish lights and incomprehensible DJ!). You can simply prepare some music on your own ipod/mp3 player or let me know the kind of music you'd like and I can prepare some beforehand on mine!

I have my own 500w Yamaha StagePas P.A. system which I can use at your event (as well as smaller setups for more intimate affairs), or I can fit alongside any other PA arrangements you may have in place. As a member of the Musician's Union, I also have Public Liability Insurance (PLI).

- Before the wedding ceremony
- Playing during the bride's entrance/the recessional
- Solo numbers instead of/as well as hymns during the ceremony
- During the signing of the register
